 1929 Stanton Pole re-erected in 1947

The 1929 Stanton Pole was taken down in 1940 and stored so that it could not serve as a landmark to enemy aircraft.

The pole was re-erected in 1947 but it did not appear to last long before the timber developed severe decay.
